ELF Cream Eye Liner Review

Aghh.. I Feel like I've been neglecting my blog! I've been super busy with things in my life and it seems when I sit down to write this review that I meant to have up at least 2 days ago.. So without further a do.... Here is ELFS cream eyeliner in black.

I bought this eye liner when I ordered my elf online, and the cost was $3.00 which isn't bad at ALL. I've heard this eyeliner to be compared to Coastal Scent's cream eyeliner, which I haven't tried yet but I defintely plan on it! the website states that this cream formula creates smooth lines that are defined and precise. I agree. I find this very smudge proof and once applied it dries fast which is always awesome. I did a swatch on my hand when i bought it and tried to remove it with a make up remover wipe and I had to sit there and scrub it off! thats how awesome this is!

PROS:
Smudge Proof
Sticks wonderful
Blends Well
Last's Long
Dries Fast

CONS:
NONE!

WHERE TO BUY:

target
wal-mart

OTHER SHADES:

FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF COASTAL SCENTS GO PALETTE - LONDON

-BANG, BANG, WE'RE BEAUTIFUL AND DIRTY RICH.

Am I the only one who likes to blare lady gaga for inspiration when posting a new blog? I am, helps me figure out what I need to write and keeps me focused!! LOL, ANYWAYS.

I FREAKING love coastal  scents, I have the 88 shimmer palette, which I need to repurchase bc I've used almost all of the colors. THAT'S how much I LOVE that palette :) I also own one of the brush sets which are also amazing!!! And the brush cleaner and their hot pink kabuki that is my LOVE!!! okay..ON WITH  THE ACTUAL MEANING OF THIS POST AHAHA

-BREAK IT DOWN AND JUST DANCE ....LALALAAAAAAAA

I just recently gotten the go palette in London and I've just been to busy to actually mess around with it (eeekk.. my bad) but I finally decided to open it and OH EM GEE it's so pretty!!! FIRST OFF, I didn't really play with it because it was so tiny and it was just one of those things I put in my drawer that's made for products I need to play with and I was digging around and pulled it out, and been looking at it and here we go with my thoughts on it!

-PROMISE I'LL BE KIND,  BUT I WONT STOP TILL THAT BOY IS MINE

I originally bought this because of the light purple  in it, because it's my favorite purple color EVER and I couldn't find it in anything other then the 88 palette so that's why I picked it and because LONDON, is what I want to name my daughter one day and my most want to visit places in the world.

I payed $8.95 for this, its super affordable!

I opened the box and was surprised at how small it was, it's like the size of a MAC SKIN FINISH but squared shaped, So it's definitely good for traveling and on the go it had 12 eye shadows and they are dime sized which is probably the only thing I didn't like about this. They are very pigmented, the shimmery ones are. I don't really like the matte ones too much, they were kind of chalky for me. ( 3rd row)

My favorites were the first light blue, all the purples, and the blacks. the charcoal looking black  is actually pretty glittery :) it's super pretty! and the matte black is definitely good for setting your eyeliner!

I LOVE this and I think you should go freaking get it!

Here are some swatches! Got this pic from google, my camera batteries are completely dead and I needed to get this up tonight -_-

If you have this palette or any of them from the collection, please tell me what you think of it!

HAUL: ELF NOW AT WAL MART!

SO.. I went into wal  mart to origanly get revlon's lip butters so I could review them but, when I got to the section the colors I wanted, were all gone!  So I just began browsing and eventually found something similar to that in one of the colors I was looking for! which  is listed below :) SO. for the exciting part, I was getting ready to leave the make up aisles, when I was walking down the last one and 2 ladies were setting up displays for ELF! I nearly had a heart attack, because on the way to wal mart, I was dicussing how I wished wal mart would sell it because that freakin drive to target is just annoying and there I was ... ELF in WAL MART. I gasped and the women looked at my like I was stupid. LOL so I couldn't get anything yet because they just started hanging up the brushes so I walked off and browsed a good 30 mins and returned. I asked the lady if I could grab some things, so I grabbed what they already had out and looked at the display to see what else they were putting out, which wasnt much and then my son, (9 months) knocked down all the rimmel lipsticks on the other aisle -_- FML. so embarrasing...so i grabbed what I had and LEFT.

ANYWAYS! SO OMG WAL MART HAS ELF! SO EXCITING! i dont wanna keep rambling on, so here's what I got....

ELF EYEBROW KIT IN MEDIUM REVIEW

This review was requested by the lovely miss kristin, her blog link here: http://meetmeonthebrightside.blogspot.com/    GO FOLLOW HER!

I was very ehh on getting this product because I've never worried about my eyebrows other then plucking them when needed. But now that I've purchased this  and been playing with it, I am SO glad I bought this product and CANNOT believe I've neglected my poor eyebrows, because this makes a world of a difference to my eyes! on to the review!

THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING:
The product comes with 2 steps, wax and powder. The brow kit is housed in a small, lightweight, plastic flip casing. It comes with a small mirror and an impressive double-sided taklon brush. It has 0.07oz/ 2 grams worth of product or at least thats what the box says and it retails for 3 dollars. This product says it promises to create brows that are fuller, thicker, and more defined and goes on to say this duo provides lasting color definition for a naturally beautiful look.

WHERE TO FIND:

- TARGET

HOW TO USE:
Use the angle sided brush provided or your own, and get some of the wax product onto the brush and apply to your eyebrows the way you like to shape them. After wards, use the fluffy side of the brush or use your own, and apply the powder over the wax. Believe me, the powder helps set in the wax!

SHADE AVAILAIBLE:

LIGHT
MEDIUM
DARK
ASH

MY REVIEW:
I LOVE THIS. It's freaking amazing. It does things to my eyebrows I couldn't even begin to describe, it feels sticky at first when applying, but after the powder sets in I don't even feel anything and I can't even feel anything there. It's great. I love the packaging and believe it's easy to carry any where you go. FOR ME, it lasts all day and I've only had to touch up just one through out the day. I DON'T like pencil form for eyebrows because I feel like it looks like you have just drawn on your eyebrows, while this wax and powder makes it look natural. I give this an A+ and recommend it for everyone! OH and i'm the shade medium! LOL my bad!

(please excuse my no make up look, I was just experimenting with this product!!)

On the left, is the eyebrow with the product and on right, is without.
Can you tell the difference? I sure can, I CANNOT belieeve how  much better my eyebrows look and how much it makes my eyes pop and gives them more color!

WET N WILD TRIO - WALKING ON EGGSHELLS

Wet N Wild has never really struck me as good products until I came across these trios. I also wasn't a fan of trios like this that gave you instructions on which shade goes where. BUT I must say, this trio is amazing in that department! With that being said, I decided  to review this. I also have this trio in "Dont Steal My Thunder"
ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
These trios come in many different shades and packaging. Below I will list the other trios in the collection I found this trio in. This promises to enhance your eye color and also states to be an all-day crease resistant color. Product amount is 3.5 GRAMS.  They are at a really affordable price of 2.99. . It has 3 shades inside with indicators of what shade goes where and comes with 2 applicators which is a sponge app. and a brissle like kind of brush.

THE PACKAGING:
The trio comes in a black rectangled shaped container with a plastic lid that clicks shut for reassurance it's contained. The lid is engraved with the logo of wet n wild. On the back of the product is a sticker with a detail instruction guide of where to put each shade.

WHERE TO FIND:

I'm pretty sure you can find them ALL over the internet if you can't find them in stores, but stores i've seen them in are:
Wal Greens
Rite Aid
CVS
Target
Dollar General

THE COLLECTION:

Don't Steal My Thunder
I Got Good Jeans
I'm Getting Sunburned
I Dream Of Greenie
Silent Treatment
Spoiled Brat
I'm Feeling Retro
On Cloud 9
Knock On Wood
Sweet As Candy
Cool As A Cucumber

MY REVIEW:

I bought this trio a couple of months ago and have been testing them out for awhile now and have found alot of pros and not alot of cons. I'm usually a bold kind of girl when it comes to eye looks, I prefer purple looks and smokey silver / black. Its just been real recent I've become interested in nutural looks. With two kids instead of one , sometimes I really do not like to spend alot of time on my make up ( I'm sure alot of mothers can relate!) so this trio has became my go to trio for nutural eyes!

Having brown eyes, I LOVE how it makes them pop and become beautiful! I feel that they are very smooth and easy to apply. They are shimmery which is awesome. They remind me so much of some colors in the naked pallette by urban decay.

To me they are easy to blend and I've only used them as the directions stated and I think they have done a great job as far as labeling which color goes where which I think is great for beginners who aren't too sure where to put what color. You don't have to put the colors where they state, it has just worked best for me.

They are very pigmented and have lasted me a good 12-14 hour day. I would def. recommend applying a primer beneath to keep from creasing and fading. Which for the lid I use MAC Paint Pot in Painterly and MAC Bare Study for the eyebrow just to give it an extra pop! It makes a world's difference in my opinion!

The only problem I had was fall out. It drove me crazy when applying this because it went every where and I had to apply this before my foundation and feel like after your get the product into your brush and your having to tap access away or blowing it away in your trio is waisting product so I just wish it wasn't so loose!

But over all, I give this product a B-
I recommend this for starters and also say, the shadows and pigmentation is amazing! You can't beat a awesome 3 dollar eyeshadow like this!
